Gigantic Progress

54.7 pounds lost in 2011!

33.7 pounds lost in 2012!

82.5 pounds total lost since 09 May 2011!

The Guidelines

Eat healthy. More veggies and fruits. Lean meats. Less carbs.

Drink lots and lots and lots of water. (64 oz or more)

No soda. Very little sugar. Treats once a week.

Track calories on myfitnesspal.com

Workout 5-6 days a week. (45 minutes to 2 hours)

My Goals

Check in with JGG blog twice a week.

~~Run 10K~~ {Portneuf Gap ~ September 2011} 1:13:12

~~Lose 100 pounds total since beginning weight loss.~~

~~Fit into wedding dress.~~

Reach wedding day weight.

~~Run first half marathon~~ {Portneuf Gap ~ September 2012} 2:26:44

Get mile time under 10 minutes.

~~Run full marathon. {Ogden May 2013} and {Portenuf Gap September 2013} and {SOJO October 2013}~~

Finish a Tough Mudder or similar race.

Complete one 5K, one 10K, one Half, and one Full in one year.

Run a race with my children. {Color Me Rad ~ June 2013}

~~Try Zumba.~~ in a class.

Try Spinning.

~~Complete P90X.~~

Hike something big.

Get husband on board with healthiness.

Be healthy for life!

Evelyn @ Hanging by a Silver Lining: I am "Mommy" to four kids, ages 8 and under, one with a dairy allergy and one with Celiac.
